Adventures with Zakia is a storytelling platform created to explore Uganda beyond the typical tourist path. Following my tenure as a tourism TV host on UBC TV, I now showcase Uganda’s local communities, rich heritage, wildlife, landscapes, food, and culture.

As a National Trainer for Miss Tourism Uganda, I leverage tourism and pageantry to empower young women as national ambassadors—an initiative that led to my recognition among the Top 100 Most Impactful People in Tourism and Hospitality (Toho & Ranks Africa).

Additionally, I founded Zakstyles, a fashion brand that honors African identity and creativity, using fashion as another powerful channel for African storytelling.
